Whispering Oaks Labradors is located near Copake Lake, New York. Our home is surrounded by great old Oak trees, hence our name. We strive to produce quality Labradors, black, yellow, and chocolate labrador retriever puppies that will become great companions, excellent family dogs with great dispositions to perhaps become service dogs, and with ability to compete in show, field, obedience, or agility.
Our dedication to soundness in the Labrador leads us to only breed animals whose hips, elbows, and eyes have passed OFA and CERF exams. Breeding are planned well in advance, health clearances, as well as pedigrees are checked, temperament, suitability and improvements in conformation are considered so as to maintain the breed standard.
